Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.
Basic Job Function:
Provide food and beverage service in an efficient and courteous manner, following established standards.
To uphold and ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
Tasks/
Responsibilities:
Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform.
Prepare dining room for service prior to guest arrival, including the supplying of server stations, setting of and inspection of all tables for cleanliness, and correctness of settings.
Must maintain a passing score of 85% or above on written and verbal food and beverage tests.
Serve food and beverage items according to prescribed procedures.
Monitor diners' satisfaction frequently and anticipate needs without requiring direction.
Reset tables as needed.
Properly obtain completed guest checks bearing all required information.
Learn the names and personally recognize our regular guests.
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvements.
In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your Manager.
