Oversee security system; maintain access list and train new volunteers et.
al.
Complete monthly and quarterly state filing reports Maintain internal calendar.
Update all Museum publication subscriptions Order necessary office and museum supplies.
Create names tags etc.
For volunteers, Board Members, and others Maintain and update the website and social media accounts.
Facilities Maintain building in-between company cleanings:
Maintain marketing materials for display at the museum.
Schedule and ensure required inspections are current (life, fire extinguishers, etc.
) Receptionist Greet visitors Assist visitors with exit survey Reconcile cash drawer.
Run periodic visitation reports.
Programs/Exhibitions Schedule classes and exhibits (internal calendar, website) with Program Director and Curator.
Postdates on website.
Print materials for exhibitions:
labels, name tags, pricelist, etc.
Assist with the development of postcards and mail prior to exhibitions.
File and respond to any questions with artist agreements.
Membership Monthly Maintain and update monthly Membership database and Mail chimp contact info Create monthly Membership reports and other reports as requested Mail monthly renewal notices and thank you notices to members.
Alert Board President of donations ($250 or ore) and draft acknowledgment letter for signature.
Mail year-end IRS acknowledgments to appropriate donors.
Finance Process and scan all bills to Treasurer.
Follow-up on discrepancies, late payments, etc.
Deposit checks and reception desk cash weekly Reconcile cash drawer and all square transactions weekly.
Review all online transactions in conjunction with the Treasurer monthly Communications (depending upon the employee's skill level, this function requires oversight both in developing content, design, and complying with brand and logo usage.
With content provided by Curator or Program Committee Chair, disseminate exhibit, program, and Museum information on social media platforms, member newsletter, postcards, etc.
Send press releases to designated media.
Ensure signage and phone message area are current.
Check all voicemails and Museum emails, Forward messages to appropriate Board and Committee Members, or re Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
