The duties of the Human Resources Coordinator include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs and overseeing our company's human resources functions.
As Human Resources Coordinator, you will ensure a focus on the following areas:
guest services, employee relations, schedules/department organization, recruiting, planning and execution of employee related events, and property appearance all while maintaining standards set by the company.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Office and office equipment.
The goal of this position is carry out assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency while being able to work independently.
