Working in unison with participants seeking employment the job duties include, but are not limited to:
Person Centered Planning Sessions (PATH or MAPS) development Arranging informational interviews and tours with businesses of interest Creation of participant r sum - video and/or print Negotiating customized job positions for participants (if necessary) Development of client personal genius staging record Carry out technology assessments Provide opportunities for self-advocacy and technology skill development Teaching community mapping through Google Maps Development of job accommodations using high and low tech tools Development of a job fade and retention plan LIFE Inc.
has been providing supports throughout RI for more than 35 years.
